Come join us for 3 days of riding, meeting friends and living outdoors at the inaugural DORBA North Texas MTB Festival presented by Bike Mart at the 4R Ranch in Muenster.

There will be great riding on 13 miles of beginner and intermediate trails, ride skills clinics for all levels, new bike demos from Rocky Mountain and Giant/Liv, vendor expo and yes, racing too. Join us for all that plus great food, live music, daily raffles, a ride-in-movie, morning yoga, and more. And did we mention award-winning wine from the 4R Ranch winery?

This is a family friendly event with something for everyone, whether you’re new to off-road riding or shred full time. 4R Ranch is one of the most spectacular places to ride and camp in North Texas, and is only 70 miles north of Dallas-Fort Worth. We can’t wait to see you Friday, Nov. 18, through Sunday, Nov. 20.

What your admission includes:

Three-days entry to the festival, parking, swag bag, new bike demos, ride skills clinics, technical support for your bike, seminars, ride-in-movie, live music. Food and beverages available for purchase. Camping and race entry is an additional fee.

CAMPING

How do we reserve a campsite?

Pricing is per person per night.  You can purchase camping spots for yourself and for additional attendees. Attendees should designate the name of a camping group or the full names of the campers so that other attendees in your group can be placed in your campsite.

Will I get to choose my campsite?

Campsites will be allocated by 4R on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive at 4R, you will be directed to a specific camping area and can choose a site in that area. Placement will be based on size of group and arrival date.

How many people can I have at my campsite?

Campsites can accommodate anywhere from 1 to more than a dozen people.

How many vehicles can I park at my campsite?
There is no limit, but we do encourage carpooling.

What about RV camping?

RVs are welcome, but no RV sites with hookups are available for this event. RVs will have to boondock. Generators are allowed. Sites will be designated based upon RV type and length. Please enter this information when you complete your registration. Do not wait until the last minute to register if you want to bring an RV. We will not be able to accommodate day-of RV registrations.

What about campfires and firewood?

Only a limited number of fire rings are available – campers are encouraged to bring their own.  Firewood will be available for purchase.

What’s the bathroom situation?

There is a non-flushing toilet in the toilet shed (Sitzen und Schitzen). There are two sinks and two showers in the shower shed (Sudzen und Scrubzen). The water temperature for the showers is fixed. Showers are operated via pull chains.

There will also be porta-potties around the venue.

Where can I stay if I don’t want to camp?

4R has compiled a list of other accommodations in the area. Please visit their website for the full list.
