Program Overview

To scale volunteer engagement across 275 miles of trails and more than 1,500 active members, the most effective programs combine visible recognition, progression, and storytelling. The DORBA Trail Hero Program celebrates the volunteers who build, maintain, and protect our trail system while encouraging continued participation.
