Muddy Buddy is all about having fun with a friend, family member, partner or co-worker! Teams of two traverse a 6-7 mile off-road course and 5 obstacles.  At the start of the race, one team member will run and one will ride the bike. At the 1st obstacle, the rider will drop the bike, complete the obstacle, and begin running. The runner will arrive, complete the obstacle, find their bike and begin riding. Teams will continue leapfrogging each other through the entire course.

At the end of the race, racers crawl through the infamous Mud Pit crossing the finish line together as official “Muddy Buddies”!

 The Mini Muddy Buddy is for kids ages 4 - 13. Columbia Mini Muddy Buddy Participants complete a short obstacle course before crawling through the world famous mud pit. No bike is required for this race and buddies are only needed for ages 4-6; this is not a leap frog style event like Muddy Buddy.

It’s that time again to step up and support DORBA in a very visible and appreciated way!
Benefits include long hours, potential bug bites, sweat, definitely some heat, and free lunch and drinks.
 
I’m looking for some good, heck we'll take mediocre, men and women to help us out on Sunday, August 21st at LB Houston Nature Trails.
 
We need help with Registration, Parking, Course Marshalling, Setup and Tear Down.

Terra Firma Adventure Race

SPORT: 2-3hr course, 2P teams will be challenged on singletrack MTB Trail (9-13mi), Trail Run (3-5mi) & possible mystery events.  Course will be marked so teams do not need nav. skills.  There is no paddle in the 2P race.  EXTREME:  8-12hr, 3P teams will be challenged w/MTB on singletrack trails & roads (30-40mi), Paddle (7-10mi), Tail/Road Run, Portage, & land nav. (8-15mi).  You must provide your own boats, paddles & life jackets

This is a 100K Mountain Bike Race at the scenic Reveille Peak Ranch.  Come out and test your grit and help raise money for the Texas High School Mountain Bike League!

Solo - $120 PP until 9/11/11  $140 PP after, Team - $90 PP until 9/11/11  $100 after, $5 land use fee.
