wtb: Full-Squish 26er size Medium

I've got a buddy shopping around for a full suspension 26er...and there ain't much out there! I can't talk him into a 29er nor a hardtail.
His last bike was a Jamis XM something with Fox and XT stuff so he's looking for something similar...under $1600.

I've got a 17" Medium, full suspension 2008 KHS XC-004. Looking for $300 or reasonable offer. It's a complete bike however it's all entry level components except the deore front deraileur. The brake lever needs work.

its not exactly what you are looking for but novara gets their frames taiwan like many big name companies. im negotiable.
